Venues, dates and booking
These free introductory sessions, held on a regular basis, are open to everyone interested in mindfulness and compassion. In particular, if you are booked on, or are considering booking, an eight-week course, we strongly encourage you to attend so that you can find out what to expect during your course.
Typical session contents:
- Introduction to mindfulness and compassion
- Benefits of mindfulness and compassion
- What to expect on an eight-week course
- Short mindfulness meditation.
Cost: Free (booking essential)
