This individual coaching programme, spread over four one-hour sessions, will help you bring essential mindfulness techniques into your daily life. You’ll learn a tool-box of practices, including:

  • How to notice distraction and settle your mind
  • Noticing where your thoughts and emotions are held in your body
  • How to stay mindful using your breath as an anchor
  • How to bring mindfulness into everyday tasks
  • How to be kinder to yourself and more accepting and patient with others
  • Mindfulness ‘on the go’ – your three-minute breathing space and self-compassion break.
