These one-hour mindfulness coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs. They are perfect for developing a specific practice to suit your life, whether you’re already practising meditation or are new to mindfulness.

During your first session, your coach will spend time getting to know you so that she can tailor your sessions to match your personal objectives – whether that’s to improve your focus, attention and memory or to reduce stress and anxiety.

Getting started with mindfulness

This individual coaching programme, spread over four one-hour sessions, will help you bring essential mindfulness techniques into your daily life. You’ll learn a tool-box of practices, including:

  • How to notice distraction and settle your mind
  • Noticing where your thoughts and emotions are held in your body
  • How to stay mindful using your breath as an anchor
  • How to bring mindfulness into everyday tasks
  • How to be kinder to yourself and more accepting and patient with others
  • Mindfulness ‘on the go’ – your three-minute breathing space and self-compassion break.

Creating a Mindful Life

This individual coaching programme, spread over eight one-hour sessions, covers all the principles of mindfulness and compassion, helping you to develop a practice you can use in both your personal and professional life.

Based on the Mindfulness Association’s Mindfulness-Based Living Course, this coaching programme includes practice audios and a course manual to support your practice at home.
