These one-hour mindfulness coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs. They are perfect for developing a specific practice to suit your life, whether you’re already practising meditation or are new to mindfulness.
During your first session, your coach will spend time getting to know you so that she can tailor your sessions to match your personal objectives – whether that’s to improve your focus, attention and memory or to reduce stress and anxiety.
