Venues, dates and booking

These sessions are a great way to boost your practice if you’re learning online, giving you the opportunity to share your experiences with others on your course.

Each session includes a group meditation or reflection and gives you the chance to ask questions about your practice. The sessions are lead by highly-experienced tutors, who’ve been practising and teaching mindfulness for many years.

Thursday 20th September 2018, 8–8.30pm

Sessions are online, via the Zoom web conferencing service.
