This six-week course will help you embed the essential learning and practices from the eight-week mindfulness course even more firmly into your daily life.
These sessions will help you deepen your practice and keep it alive. You’ll also learn some new practices to add to your mindfulness tool-box. This course is an ideal follow-on for anyone who has completed an eight-week mindfulness course.
Course contents include:
- Six weekly sessions of 1 hour 30 minutes
- Refresher of the key teaching points and practices from the eight-week mindfulness course
- Guided meditations
- New practices
- Exploration of obstacles to practice and how to overcome them.
Cost: £120 | Deposit £60 (non-refundable) with balance payable two weeks prior to commencement of course.
