Note: Upcoming courses will be taught online, as eight live sessions. Join in from wherever you have internet access! You’ll be sent the Zoom links for each session in advance.

These courses are based on the work of international mindfulness teacher Rob Nairn. They include all the principles of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme with the addition of nurturing self-compassion and compassion for others. The aim of the course is to help you develop a mindfulness practice that you can apply in your personal and professional life.

Course contents include:
  • Eight weekly sessions of two hours, live online
  • Daily mindfulness practice
  • Manuals and audio downloads
  • Certificate of completion.

We will be offering a free-of-charge bonus half-day retreat (live online) as part of this course.

Cost: £225 | Deposit £95 (non-refundable) with balance payable two weeks prior to commencement of course.

Please note: A minimum of four participants is required in order for this course to run.
