A live online course in two blocks, with a two-week break over Easter.

  • Develop a mindfulness practice you can use in your personal and professional life.

Eight-week course attendee

Course contents include:
  • Eight weekly sessions, live online (you’ll be sent the Zoom links for each session in advance)
  • Daily mindfulness practice
  • Manuals and audio downloads
  • Certificate of completion.

Can’t join the live session online one week? With free access to the weekly course notes and audio meditations online, you won’t miss out.

We will be offering a free-of-charge bonus half-day retreat (live online) as part of this course.

Cost: £225 | Deposit £95 (non-refundable) with balance payable two weeks prior to commencement of course.

Mondays, 7–9pm, 6th March to 8th May 2023, with a two-week break for Easter

Venue: Via Zoom from wherever you have internet access.

Please note: A minimum of four participants is required in order for this course to run.
