Venues, dates and booking

These courses are based on the work of international mindfulness teacher Rob Nairn. They include all the principles of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme with the addition of nurturing self-compassion and compassion for others. The aim of the course is to help you develop a mindfulness practice that you can apply in your personal and professional life.

Course contents include:
  • Eight weekly sessions of two hours
  • Daily mindfulness practice
  • Manuals and audio downloads
  • Certificate of completion
  • Entitlement to attend a one-day retreat at no additional cost.

Cost: £225 | Deposit £95 (non-refundable) with balance payable two weeks prior to commencement of course.

Mondays, 10am–12noon, 24th September to 19th November (no class on 15th October)

Wednesdays, 7–9pm, 26th September to 21st November (no class on 17th October)
