Re-connect with your senses and discover a soothing blend of mindfulness techniques. Join us in the welcoming rooms of The Restoration Yard’s Wellbeing Lab and the beautiful woodlands of Dalkeith Country Park.

  • Practice mindful walking and awareness meditation in beautiful woodlands
  • Explore the benefits of the compassionate body scan
  • Discover transformational breath work
  • Experience mindful eating out in the fresh air
  • Learn a new way to experience gratitude
  • Coordinate your posture, movement and breath with Qi Gong.

Open to anyone interested in mindfulness—from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

Cost: £50 (includes tea and coffee)
