  • Practice mindful walking and awareness meditation in beautiful woodlands

  • Discover transformational breath work
  • Experience mindful eating out in the fresh air
  • Learn a new way to experience gratitude
  • Coordinate your posture, movement and breath with Qi Gong.

Open to anyone interested in mindfulness—from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
