Venues, dates and booking

Develop your mindfulness practice, share experiences and support with other group members and boost your motivation to practise!

Book one session at a time or up to four in a series. A free place on a half-day online retreat is yours if you book three or more support sessions! Book your three sessions, then email Gillian to register for your free retreat.

These sessions are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to anyone wishing to boost their existing mindfulness or meditation practice.

Sessions include:

  • Discussion time
  • A group meditation
  • The opportunity to ask questions.

Cost: £9 per session

If your income has been affected by the COVID-19 virus, you can attend these live online sessions free of charge. Please email Gillian for information on how to book your place if this applies to you.

Tuesdays, at 8pm, on 1st February, 1st March5th April3rd May7th June

Venue: From wherever you have internet access. A Zoom invitation link will be sent to you in advance of the session.
