These regular, live online sessions help develop and support your mindfulness meditation practice. Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to anyone wishing to boost their existing mindfulness or meditation practice.
Each session includes:
- Discussion time
- A group meditation
- The opportunity to ask questions.
Cost: £8 per session
If your income has been affected by the COVID-19 virus, you can attend these live online sessions free of charge. Please email Gillian for information on how to book your place if this applies to you.

Venue: From wherever you have internet access. A Zoom invitation link will be sent to you in advance of each session.
