Learn how to bring mindfulness into your daily life with this four-week introductory course.

Cost: £120 | Deposit £60 (non-refundable) with balance payable two weeks prior to commencement of course.

Mondays, 7–9pm, 6th to 27th March, 2023

Venue: Via Zoom from wherever you have internet access.

Please note: A minimum of four participants is required in order for this course to run.
