Live online 4-week Getting started with mindfulness course

Live online Mindfulness support sessions

Develop your mindfulness practice, share experiences and support with other group members and boost your motivation to practise!

These sessions are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to anyone wishing to boost their existing mindfulness or meditation practice.

Sessions include:

  • Discussion time
  • A group meditation
  • The opportunity to ask questions.

Live online, six-week Deepening your mindfulness practice course

This six-week course will help you embed the essential learning and practices from the eight-week mindfulness course even more firmly into your daily life.

These sessions will help you deepen your practice and keep it alive. You’ll also learn some new practices to add to your mindfulness tool-box. This course is an ideal follow-on for anyone who has completed an eight-week mindfulness course.

Course contents include:
  • Six weekly sessions of 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Refresher of the key teaching points and practices from the eight-week mindfulness course
  • Guided meditations
  • New practices
  • Exploration of obstacles to practice and how to overcome them.

Live online 6-week Mindful self-compassion course

Are you compassionate? To yourself?
When a close friend is struggling, we know how to offer them support and compassion in their distress. Imagine what it would be like to give yourself the same caring attention whenever you needed it! All that’s required is a shift in the direction of your attention — recognising that you too are a worthy recipient of your own kindness.

  • How to stop being so hard on yourself

One-hour Mindful movement & sound classes

Course outline

Help balance all your body’s systems, enhance your mindfulness practice and improve your mind-body connection at Craig Ali’s Mindful movement & sound classes. Enjoy a combination of:

  • Mindfulness and breath work linked with movements from Qi Gong and yoga, and
  • Guided relaxation and sound experiences using chimes, gongs and cymbals.

There will be six classes over six weeks. Attend all six or pay for four classes to be used at any time throughout the six-week block.
